I wouldn't blame Arteta, he did a great job with Gunners who were nowhere near the top util he built the team. Arsenal isn't nearly as stacked as City is. What city has is elite players on the bench and they are rotated all the time. While Arsenal starting 11 looks great, your bench isn't nearly as deep as City is. I mean to say is that City is obviously stronger so this season is a sucess, especially if they eliminate Bayern in Champions League (which I feel won't happen but let's see)

Probably. And now Bayern lost BuLi so they can concentrate on CL while Arsenal are exhausted. Premijer League pace is like no other and they still must give their all there.

Once Arsenal was my favorite foreign football club. It was in the era of Thierry Henry and Arsene Wenger. Main rivals of Arsenal were Manchester United and Chelsea, i hated United in that time. I remember in 2005. Arsenal became champion of England without a single defeat in PL, it was a historical title. Roughly from 2000. to 2010. Premier League was broadcast on RTS (Serbian national/state TV, equivalalent of HRT). Later it could be followed only thtough Cable television or internet.

We aren't nearly as stacked as City is because Arteta and Edu decided to spend £35 million on Fabio Viera who he never uses, £65 million on Kai Havertz, took him 19 games to realise his best position is a false 9 only to play him back in midfield on Sunday, £35 million and £50 million on two City rejects. It's not a coincidence that ever since that bart Simpson Ukrainian wimp has come back to our team, we have lost the fluidity and rhythm. I haven't dived further into the fact we needed a goal machine in the summer but decided to give Eddie nketiah and reis nelson new contracts on 100k a week.
