Nobody likes that rule. Every time a result is decided by that, there's lots of debate. I wonder why UEFA won't even bother discussing removing it, like what makes them big fans of it.

I can't think of european ties without that rule. If that rule disappears you might as well decide the matches in one game in a neutral stadium, which wouldn't make much sense to me.

True, that is a good rule otherwise we would have LOTS of ties going into tiresome extra times and penalty shootouts (wich can be very unfair). Even in South America club competitions they have adopted that away goals rule.

Actually Bayern are big favourites this year, very weak edition, but in a 1 match knock out anything can happen.

Except Barcelona, Bayern and City, any champion will be good for me. I want Atlético but whatever less these three. Even Qatar Saint Germain.

Out of the big teams, I'd rather PSG to win than the others. It would be nice if a team from France finally wins. It would help football TV rights in France which would result in smaller clubs getting more money. It would also help France's coefficient in UEFA club football. And France is just pretty starved of a CL trophy. Lyon winning would be better but it doesn't seem realistic. RB Leipzig winning would also be nice cause Bayern is too dominant in German football right now. The ones I really don't want to win are City, Barca, and Bayern.
