Seems the England Federation in partnership with government has decided to remove from selection one of the most important players in Mason Mount even though he's tested negative.

This is the kind of self-defeating action I doubt other nations would be foolish enough to make.

but when it goes about the phenotypes they are more Paleo than Pontid-Dinarid, how so?

Not at all. Average Aanatolian Turks are 0% SE European. Balkan Turks are another story.

Not really, it's toughest possible draw after 1/8 finals because they play France/Ger/Por in QF and Italy/Belgium in semis if no suprises happen.
Anyway I don't care, happy we advanced the group stage and whatever happens next is a plus because Croatia doesn't play well at all and I didn't believe in victory today.

Dude, no. There are not more Upper Paleolithic types than Pontid-Dinarid in Turkey

Make no mistake, we won 3-1 but this is very far from a good display. GK is a hole who doesn't control his 5m space and is glued to the touchline, CB pair is stupid and mistake prone, attack is shaky and they are slow as hell and move badly. However, they showed great mental strength today by winning against Scots on home ground (a team we never defeated before and who are black cat for us) when everyone wrote them off.

So congrats on that.

For further I have no expectations and can finally watch tournament in peace because they did what they had too and that's it.
This is a rebuilding team which will need few years to reach top level again but football is full of suprises so who knows.

We lack 4 great players from the last World Cup. Rakitić, Mandžukić, Subašić and Ćorluka. However, 'newer' players in several years, or Cup or two will be up there too. They have potential.
