Although you can say its too early to attack Lopetegui, I'm wondering how he even got the job in the first place. Before coaching Spain, he coached Porto. I've heard many Porto fans call him horrible while he was coach there. They lost against a weak Chelsea side and conceded 6 goals in that game against Bayern. How do you go from having a sub-par outing with Porto to then managing Spain and Real Madrid? I don't think he'll last till winter. But anyways, we'll see.

I think he wasn't first choice. Apparently Real Madrid first tried Pochettino, Allegri, Conte and even Nagelsmann from Leipzig.

And yes he was very poor at Porto.
