Anyway some times you can be unlucky if you don't score a goal in a very important match or whatever. If Modric scores that goal in a World Cup Final that goal and Modric would be at the top of football history.

For example in my opinion David Villa was one of the most underrated forwards. He was a fucking machine scoring goals but he was overshadowed by Fernando Torres. The key is that Fernando Torres scored his goals in decisive moments with Liverpool and Spain, although in my opinion Villa was better player than Torres.

Yes El Guaje Villa is underrated.

Kante is world's best in his position and was best player in this season CL, absolutely wonderful and underrated player. But he plays DM and is not similar to Modrić at all.

English? French? I would understand about Italy and Germany, but English and French (ethnic French not even highlight) are not what I would say great footballers.

I see no point in VAR if they will keep covering referees mistakes, scandalous.
