What ?! LOL. Unlike you my opinions are purely OBJECTIVE.

Listen dude, Ronaldo has a better team behind him, a team that would probably make the semis even without him at all. He still can't get near the league though even though it's what his coach (Zidane) prefers and considers harder (his words). You can make all the excuses you want but that's the truth.
    [/QUOTE]

Now you're reaching ridiculous levels (always to diminuish CR7 vs Messi), it's obvious that without Ronaldo, Real Madrid would be again a team that wouldn't pass the 1/4. In this tie he scored 3 of the 4 RM goals and assisted another. Last year CL he took the team on his shoulders deciding every match.

Tonight RM (without Ramos) was an horrible team, full of players shitting on their pants. Wrong line up, terrible GK, horrible defence, apathic midfield, only Isco and CR7 were up to the match.

Once again, with a team playing horribly and shitting on their pants, Ronaldo was the alma mater of the team, despite playing alone in attack and never hide from the match, always searching the ball, put Isco twice in front of the goal, fought alone with the defenders fighting for each ball (like the header he gained to Alex Sandro for the penalty), attempted shots, motivated his team mates and the crowd of the Bernabéu and last but not least in the moment of truth of maximum pressure, when it would mean the biggest fiasco in Real Madrid history or send his team to the semis, he takes a great penalty kick in to the corner. Pure class and big balls.

Really, what are you arguing about ? Are you that blind or emotionally involved with this all Messi vs Ronaldo dispute that you can't recognize that RM without CR is a crappy CL 1/4 finals team?

    Be serious man.

Both players have similar achievements and similar statistics but to SR that makes CR7 the best player on earth and Messi the worst? LOL.

We can all cherrypick statistics, cherripick matches. All players have good and bad games, good and bad seasons. Both CR7 and Messi are great players.

I could say that Messi has scored more goals in World cups, i could say messi reached a WC final, i could say that messi has scored more international goals against the big teams (Brazil, Germany, Spain, France), but obviously Ronaldo has his achievements too.

This is not an opinon, this are stats, both are similar in terms of numbers

Except vs Brazil (since they play often in the south american WC qualifiers) Messi didn't score vs those national teams on official matches. I don't count friendlies, those are not real matches, they are more like training sessions and should be put on statistic aside instead of all togheter with the official matches.

I'm not anyone's fanboy, I'm a fan of football and I like all great players. I've always said that we are in the presence of 2 of the greatest players in the history of the game, that no other player has come close to their consistency on the highest levels as these 2 (then it's a question of taste, if you like better players with certain caracteristics than others).

I've never denied that Messi isn't one of the greatest players of all time, it's usually hardcore Messi fans like nightrider that have difficulty admiting that they are on the same level, because according to them no one can be compared to Messi. Ronaldo's merits are because he has a much better team and plays to inflate individual stats while Messi's faillures are because Barcelona and Argentina are shit. If pull this thread some pages back ad start reading you'll see his argumentation resumes to that.

I simply just pointed some evident facts that debunk his theory and that prove Ronaldo on the last 4/5 years has been much more decisive on big matches while Messi under performs. And time is proving me right again and again.

Are you kidding ? You call that a newspaper ? Sport is an unofficial newspaper of FC Barcelona, all their "journalists" are Barcelona "socios", everybody knows it is not a serious newspaper. It's particularly ironic talking about theft of the century over a penalty that existed, when their club was benefited in the biggest refereing scandals of the last decade (Ovrebbo vs Chelsea, last year vs PSG and many many others).

You honestly think that Benatia (who pushed Vazquez and kicked him with the left foot without even touching the ball) is not penalty ?

I understand the reaction of Juventus players because it was on the 93 min. and after a fantastic come back, and I find that giving Buffon a red card under such circumstances was exaggerated. It was in the heat of the moment all out of frustration. But in the end, on a cold analysis, Benatia commited foul over Vazquez, so it's penalty.

How the hell there wasn't a penalty? Benatia pushes Vazquez from behind and kicks him with his left foot and doesn't touch the ball, see the video on youtube.

Not that Juventus didn't deserve to go to extra time, they really did, it was unfair to be eliminated like that with a penalty on min.93 after such come back but there was penalty...it's football.

Also, the disallowed goal to Isco on the 1st half nobody talks about it but it was a much more debatable decision than the penalty, he was in line with the defender when Ronaldo kicks the ball.

I was trolling with the SPORT cover, but i do think this penalty would have never been awarded against Real Madrid.

Sergio Ramos is one of the dirtiest players in europe (he is very good still) and we never see penalties against Real Madrid. Strange right?

If this is not bad luck i don't know how to call it. Juve played way better and deserved to win for sure.

The "alma mater" wasn't even top 5 for his team in touches and passes last night (probably broke the record for dives though) but SR was proven right because he scored a penalty and celebrated like a gay magazine model.

    https://www.whoscored.com/Matches/12...adrid-Juventus

Since Penaldo fans like stats so much, there are other stats other than goals that show his contribution.
I'm sorry but our eyes don't lie. He is a great goal scorer, he is a very determined character, he has endured at the top more than most but ability-wise he is not Messi, he is not Ronaldo, he is not Zidane or Ronaldinho, fuck, he is not even prime Figo. It's as simple as that.

Sorry but these are pure speculations and of course Real Madrid without CR7 already had won a few Champions, eh?

And then you talk about being delusional
Your loved Barcelona has been 2 years (TWO YEARS!) without a penalty against! (not sure if only in La Liga or combined with Champions).

And this happened this year against Real Madrid in the Spanish Supercopa

SO DONT SAY THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAINST REAL MADRID, BECAUSE HAPPENS

    Well, Juventus won the game

But IMO Juventus did not play better: Two isolated goals and a super-mistake of Keylor Navas. Nothing else. Real had more chances yesterday, let alone if we count the two games combined (three shoots on the larguero, for example).

It is pathetic that losers talk about the referee. If the referee wanted to harm Juventus he would have given as good the goal of Isco instead pointing off-side.
