You are one very uneducated person. The Third Reich did not attack "russians" as Russia as a country ceased to exist after the bolshevique revolution. The Soviet Union was a mutli-etnic state founded on the principles of their international communism, so "Russia" was just one soviet republic, and no your eventual argument-but "russian was an official language etc", don't really work, because most of the state officials were not even ethnic russians (if ethnic russians exist at all).
