Learn some history, will ya? 'Cruel' Russians during their expansion offered protection to every native ethnicity they encountered and every single one of these ethnicities still exists today.

'Benevolent' Anglos on other hand wiped out the entire American continent, enslaved and raped India, turned China into one big drug addict and at the end invented concentration camps where they ruthlessly starved to death thousands of women and children of other Europeans.

Germany imposed a brutal regime, deporting some 380,000 people for slave labour, and killing hundreds of thousands of civilians more.
