    OK, so you are basically saying that YDNA R1a1a predates the Indo-European expansion? Which of the theories did you mean to debunk in this regard as there are quite a few, the man you should talk to this about is Polako, i will send him your post link over at AFB, lets see if he wants to debate it, as i think he is among the most knowledgeable on R1a matters..

    Got a reply from Polako on the matter, which for ease sake i will just quote here:

    But you should tell him that the only Turkic-speciifc R1a is R1a-Z94, and that's only because Asian nomadic elites of the Altai were infiltrated by neighboring Indo-Europeans during the Iron Age.
