Yes there is signficant maternal Caucasian mtDNA in some Native American tribes.
X2a is a major mtDNA subclade in North America, where among the Algonquian peoples it comprises up to 25% of mtDNA types.[3][44] It is also present in lower percentages to the west and south of this area — among the Sioux (15%), the Nuu-chah-nulth (11%–13%), the Navajo (7%), and the Yakama (5%)

Of course, there are also different subtypes among native americans, not all of them look alike, there are subtle differences.
The natives who live closer to the Equator tend to be shorter and of flattish faces and noses while the ones who live near the poles are considerably taller, those are traits give for thousands of years of evolution. Evolution means adaptation.
Cheers.
The Battle of San Pasqual was a military encounter that occurred during the Mexican-American War in what is now the San Pasqual Valley community of the city of San Diego, California. On December 6 and December 7, 1846, the Californios, and their Presidial Lancers, led by General Don Andres Pico, (1810-1876), defeated Stephen W. Kearny´s US Army column of 150 men.

A lot of northern native americans are caucasoid. Maybe that explains the nose.
