Yes, they have definetly integrated themselves in much better than maybe other groups, and they seem to work hard and I have noticed they have good jobs such as doctors, and have a very low crime rate.
No, I vehemently dislike Punjabi Sikhs and can think of many other groups of people who have integrated themselves better.

Some of the most impressive people - I mean regular people - I have met have been Sikhs. One friend in particular springs to mind. Quick to assimilate, loyal to Britain, and when they retain their customs they don't force them on others.

That depends on how you define the concept. Granted, many Sikhs are well-educated and can be found in a range of professional and managerial occupations. On the other hand, they are culturally still very 'apart', for want of a better term, from most other Brits, don't intermarry much and are not especially numerous in music, sport or any other type of popular culture.
