Default Who was the best Danish king?

Of all former Danish kings, who was the best one? You can base your opinion on amount of conquests, what he has done for the country etc.

I would probably go with either Harald Bluetooth or Cnut the Great.

    Harald Bluetooth's reign

    Cnut the Great's reign

    Cnut the Great.

Because his name is so very close to being hilarious.

True. He also prevented WW1. The king and his government succeeded to keep the country out of the war by putting minefields in Danish waters in 1914.
