Default Iraqi Arabs: descended from the Arabian Peninsula, or are they Arabized Mesopotamians?

CircassianWine always says they are basically Bedouins who moved north, and are of close to pure Arabian ancestry.
However, recent DNA results posted on here for an Iraqi Arab from Baghdad showed they are similar to Assyrians and not to Arabians, and not that far off from Levantines.

So who exactly are Iraqi Arabs?

Gulf Arabs don't consider Levantines and Iraqis as pure/ real Arabs.

Well, to be accurate. it does not matter in real life, since Arabization had taken numerous effect on the culture of Iraq. I tend to believe that southern Iraqis are pure Arabians, one of the biggest and most famous tribes there is Shamar tribe. While Northern Iraqis are for sure Arabized Assyrians.
Check the faces of Baghdadian people in this documentary. they do not resemble Arabians at all IMO.

And they are right. Not only they are not pure Arabs, they are not even pure Semites. Mesopotamian Arabs are a mix of Semitic and pre-Semitic. Since the region has been heavily settled by Semites since 3.500 AD, latter's race is very common although not as pure as in Gulf Arabs. Dominant type is an intermediate of Levantine and Iranid, which goes back to pre-Semitic times.

In my opinion some of them. you have to take into considerations that Baghdad is the capital of Iraq, so since it is a centeral city it is quite possible that they have people from different ethnic background for example Sh'is are said to Arabized Persians.
Concentrate on how people look in 4:36, i guess those definitely have Assyrian blood.
