No she is fully English, but I agree she looks very Irish. I think she probably looks more Celtic but I'm not sure. And I agree she looks better without the make up.

I was just thinking this. She looks like she's from the Western side of England though, which is the predominantly Celtic side.
I think she has less of a Germanic vibe, and more of a Celtic/Brythonic thing going on.
