You are right here tbh. I was just referring to population movements and mindlessly classified her as Med. What I meant is that such types (Berid, as you correctly pointed out) were important in not only the creation of the Med world but also in the creation of other types in the North.

Apparently Berid/Paleosardinid is also Paleomaltid/Paleosicilid.

As a partially Berid guy myself, this makes me ancient.
