Piemontese sounds really lovely as a language. The music itself sounds like a mix of celtic and medieval German music.

I don't know what to vote, Peyrol. There are moments when it sounds like any of those three styles to me, probably because the three styles are way too general too. Or because you are near the three traditions. So maybe I should vote for Other?

Btw, to be frank, I thought I'd understand it a little bit more. I mean, without the lyrics. I caught the general sense, but not every word.

they are different if compared with the songs you've selected, but popular Piedmontese songs are usually accompanied by the same instruments of the rest of Northern Italy, I' ve linked them in the other post.

Anyway how old is this song? When does that text has been set to music?

Do emilians use the Viola de Rota, called also Ghironda by tuscans?

The song you linked (''Monferrina'', ''Bella Gigolin'', etc) are all of XIX-XX centuries (and mostly written by lombards, in reality), and the one sung by Milva was written by Gipo Farassino in the early '50s...these songs are more ancient.

    Facciamo prima: dove vuoi arrivare?
No perchè tra ieri e oggi stai smaronando discretamente...

Comunque caro Meerkaat.86 o KosovoJeSrbia o come ti devo chiamare, gli account doppi (o nel tuo caso tripli e quadrupli...) non sono consentiti, quindi sei out.
