Why were the Vlachs (Cincars) not liked by the Serbs and Turks?

Vlachs were known to be involved in doing many heinous crimes, wanted to rule the whole world and speak only their latin tongue. Serbs consider Vlachs to be "like" gypsies even though they are not.
