An Apricity Wiki - should we do that?

At the moment when you search The Apricity, the first thing that comes up after the actual forum is the Metapedia article. I'm afraid that this might put some potentially good people off. We really need to shake the racist, whites-only impression which people have.

That will eventually go. The less we link to stupid stuff (and give them free traffic) the better.

Metapedia or the links have no patch on Apricity, anyone with a three-digit IQ can see they're a bunch of loonies. And if loonies insult us, it's actually a positive. It means we're not in league with them.

I can install Media Wiki software, and Apricity can have its own wiki.

Are there any of you who would be interested in writing/editing articles, if this is made available? Obviously a long-term project that could turn out nicely.

It would have a potential to grow very big.

go to theapricity.com/wiki/Loki for example and you will reach a page telling you that such page doesn't exist and asks you if you want to create it.

At least that's how it works on regular wikis, don't seem to work on yours.

Menu pages or articles? If articles, just search for the subject you would like to make an article about, then edit it. Simple.

I made the permissions that one has to register in order to create articles.
