This is actually Burg Eltz (Eltz Castle) which is located in the hills above the Moselle River between Koblenz and Trier.

Ah thought I'd seen it before..

Beeston Castle looks like Stirling. Similar setting. I'd imagine if the Castle was more Intact it would look even more so.
