Good try, but not. Iberian scripts were Greco-Phoenician variants, so far more recognizable.

It's the Laguna copperplate inscription.What about this one?
At first, it gave a vaguely Armenian impression. Then I considered Tagalog because of all the dots and curves. Then I looked up its history, and found this. The oldest inscription found on the Philippines, written in the Kawi script.
Enlightening.
