Where do people of European and non-European descent belong?

Since there is a growing population of European and non-European descent in today's Europe, the question arises where these people belong.

Do they belong to Europe, or do they not belong to Europe? Maybe they belong to somewhere else, but where?

While I agree on principle I think it's incorrect to disregard the white part of those mixed individuals. I agree they should breed at most one child.
