The greater difference is that Aegeans(where also most of Asia Minor/Anatolian Greeks belong) are more hairy compared to mainland Greeks. Some Aegeans have west asian influence than mainland Greeks who have more Alpine and Dinaric influence. But anyway, mainland Greek Meds descend from Aegean Meds, so there isn't not much difference.

Isnt Anatolia more Alpinid? Greeks in Epir and South have more long faces and rarely alpinid, and many times even Dinarid. Anatolian Greek is often Alpinid.
