I have developed a high tolerance for caffeine. I can drink tea before bed easily, haha. I have never heard of Lady Grey - is it black tea?

Lady Grey is a lighter and fruitier version of Earl Grey.

Lady Grey tea is a trademarked variation on Earl Grey tea. Like Earl Grey, it is a black tea scented with oil of bergamot.

Lady Grey tea is a modern invention, created by and trademarked by Twinings in the early 1990s to appeal to the Nordic market, which found Earl Grey tea too strong in flavor. Lady Grey differs from Earl Grey in that it contains additional lemon peel and orange peel. It first went on sale in Norway in 1994 and in Britain in 1996.

The Twinings blend contains black tea, orange peel, lemon peel, and citrus flavoring (bergamot).

I mostly drink water and herbal teas (peppermint, camomile, fennel, fruit teas, etc,) although I like the occasional Earl Grey, Lady Grey, Smokey Lapsang Souchong tea, Black Cherry tea, or Russian tea treat.

I allow myself the occasional Earl Grey, Lady Grey, Smoky Lapsang Souchong tea, Black Cherry tea, or Russian tea treat once or twice a year.

I have never actually had the Twinings blend, only Bigelow. A good friend of mine drinks Twinings Earl Grey like his life depends on it.
