I continued to drink beer when I realized that temporary I cannot be on Keto (not health reasons), now I have to return to old way, but as far as it's summer it's hard to do When beer is considered I'm an average lagerboy, so 90% of the beers I drink or try new ones are lagers. I've tried Japanese Eboshi recently, didn't notice anything significant, but I guess it's made on rice. Our supermarkets which are like under sanctions have now and had before like 100x wider choice of beers from all over the World for adequate money than lots of EU shops.

There are some Chinese brands atm, like Tsingtao, tried it, but nothing special. I was really happy when I could drink Banjalucko from Republika Srpska 3 weeks ago, unluckily it's a smaller import represented mostly in Moscow, Petersburg and few other cities, nothing in local supermarket networks of Kaluga, but just its appearing here is impressive, Banjalucko is very local Serbian brand from Bosna.

I never whined about work, I love it and often finish in 2 pm lol. I've never been a whiner. I'm a siesta styled relaxed Eastern European. Now I have some more work and it keeps me from participating in useless political debates here on apricity

We are the same age, but we chose a different path...I will never be able to go to work and obey someone again. Even if I lose the business, I still have a good passive income. Haha seems like many countries dont take their embargo as serious as the EU wishes them to do.
Anyways havent tried the Japanese one you've mentioned yet, but I can strongly suggest the classic Asahi. Has a dry but refreshing taste and also is pretty easy on the stomach. Used to drink it as my main beer for a while but now it has been taken of the shelves for whatever reason. As for Chinese beer ots decent but as you said really nothing special. One time try but nothing more. I was really surprised by Peroni beer from Italy though, as I really didnt expect much from a South West European beer, but it really holds its own weight.
Serbian beer I've only tried Jelen so far, as its available often as a special when our local discounter has its Eastern European week and I have to say its pretty good.
