Yes they are Uyghurs. But Uyghurs vary from completely Mongoloid (usually Tungid) to very Caucasoid.
These two sisters look "well balanced" lol

In the first picture the left one looks North-Sinid with Iranid, the right one looks Nort-Sinid with Med/Nordid and CM. The right one is closer to the Mongolid influenced Hungarian ones whos are called Turanid.

Those men was blond blue-eyed fully European people. Some of their body has conserved by the desert of Uyghuristan, hence we know their look. However some uyghur looks toward Middle-Easterns (as the left one), anothers look toward South-Asian (Indians). They are very-very mixed.

The uyghurs and some Mongolians and North-Chinese with lighter eyes and partly European look are their descendants.

Actually, tocharian languages (both A and B) weren't iranic, but were very close to the italic and celtic languages, both in structure and vocabulary; infact many linguists talk about ''italo-celtic-tocharian'' branch of indoeuropean family.
They were used to call themselves ''Arsi'' and their country (city-states) ''Arsype'' (and they namet their language ''Arsikantu'').
