Tell me why it's ok to compare Macau, which practically is a taxing-paradise for businessmen with Sweden?
These are beter comparisions: Sweden and Portugal, Greece and Holland.

You can compare with the United Arab Emirates. I'm not sure if they are a tax paradise too.. but are ahead of Sweden, and therefore superior.
