Whatever they want ? There's a limit... otherwise why would people get banned here, even rarely ? As for your "why" trolling is forbidden on every forum I have frequented over the last years.

On the one hand, people want freedom of speech. On the other hand, they want to limit trolling. Where do you draw the line? It's not easy. The one man's freedom of speech is the other man's trolling. Compromise is the golden word here. And tolerance.

Russia is so bizare to me. I mean, it's a huuuuge place, has lots or resources (those not defiled), a glorious history of its own....and yet they seem to take a lot of pleasure in picking on the Baltic states and the Finns. It's like the high school bully picking a fight with a fifth grader.
