Western Bulgarians tend to be lighter (Pernik, Kyustendil, Blagoevgrad)

So people living in Western Bulgaria are pure Bulgarians, while those in Eastern Bulgaria are mixed with Greeks?

From Thrace basically, i can't trace my family tree earlier than 100 years. Father side is from Burgas region, village of Zidarovo, very close to the Black Sea.
Mother side: From Northern Greece (Aegean Thrace) refugees from the Balkan Wars who settled in Burgas.

Villages near Plovdiv mostly, and a bit from Aegean Macedonia.
