Ancient Kyrgyz described as being Caucasian/White or perharps Eurasians. They were described as being having red hair/blonde hair but I think it was more likely they were Caucasians
Yenisei Kirghiz 539 CE–1219 CE

Caucasian theory
1. " Culturally and linguistically, the Yenisei Kirghiz were Turkic. But ethnically they may be a mixture of different people. The Kirghiz were described in Tang Dynasty texts as having primarily Caucasian features, with some having East Asian features.[6] "
2. The Kirghiz Khagans of the Yenisei Kirghiz Khaganate claimed descent from general Li Ling, grandson of the famous Han Dynasty general Li Guang. It's well know that the Kyrgyz have mentioned dark hair Kyrgyz are descendants of Chinese general. The Kirghiz Khagans were East Asians while the majority population were red/blonde hair. So this could be the first sign of East Asian admixture.
Eurasian/Turanid theory
3. If kyrgyz are descendants of the Pazyryk culture than it's very possible they were Eurasians and Caucasians
Craniological studies of samples from the Pazyryk burials revealed the presence of both Mongoloid and Caucasoid components in this population. [4] quoting G. F. Debets on the physical characteristics of the population in the Pazyryk kurgans, records a mixed population. The men would seem to be part Mongoloid and the women Europoid. [5]
Here are still some Kyrgyz who have either red hair or blonde hair
