So here goes:
Alcoholic Health Yogurt:
This is a variation on alcoholic ice cream (take bowl of vanilla ice cream, add german honey liqeur, rasberry wine, and chocolate chips)
and it goes like this:
Plain Organic Yogurt.
Raspberry wine.
Chocolate Hemp Protein powder.
Mix thouroughly together to taste.
Enjoy your alcoholic health food.


And another:
Green and Bean Pork Chops:
coat pan with butter,
begin cooking at least 3 pork chops by lightly pan frying.
add one half can of guiness, murphys, or other stout ale.
as the pork chops near done, add rest of can.

Coat in Mole Negro sauce, serve with beans, rice, avocado, light beer and lime.
