I was once here and what can say Vienna was a great place .

The Slovaks have a saying, that the Wiener Schnitzel is so thin, you can look through it in Vienna and see all the way to Pozsony/Pressburg through it

I see that Vienna suffers from this disease too, though Vienna's look much nicer than communist panelhouses.

In Vienna its not Communist architecture but Socialist one - Sozialer Wohnbau
Maybe slightly better but still not much.

One thing I really liked,was walking through the city by the river at night, while there was the lightning underneath the bridges (that changed colour if I remember correctly), cool effect
