It would need more visual material to emphasize this hypothesis.
Partially its true though. Swiss and also Austrian as well as South German women can be very pretty.
They are also very diverse, ranging from robust Alpinids to Hallstatt Nordic types and lets not forget the Nordids and Dinarids.
But as everywhere also the range of physical beauty varies a lot
Regarding character I would say most of them are very emotional and not cool tempered. This can be considered positive when it comes to joy but also negative when it comes to anger and rage. So you should better not mess with them.

Personally I still prefer Slavic women or Slavic influenced females which you can find often in Eastern Austria, but I think this is a matter of subjective taste
