I don't hate Americans. America is a beatiful and extense continent in its own right, with deserts, to mountains and rainforests and beautiful oceans and a wide array of beautiful landscapes, colonial and modern cities and many languages and dialects. No reason to hate its diverse inhabitants but obviously I like ones a bit more than others.
