sure but the best racial stock in USA is a result of North Western Europeans. The east coast use to be pretty when it was heavily populated by north western euros....today it is littered with these subhumans from africa and the caribbean.

To my eyes, the number of Puerto Ricans who look white enough to be Southern European is 25%. Another 25% probably look close enough but still noticeably mixed, that people would notice.

The other half, I'd guess look visibly mixed with African in varying degrees and occasionally Amerindian.
