Spain:

As a general rule more lighter towards west and north, and darker towards east and south, but no much of a big difference. You can find through all Spain looks that go from ubber med to very light/pan-West/Central Euro passing.

Venezuela:

Darkest: some few predominately SSA coastal pockets.

Lightest: The Venezuelan Andes, which have the highest Euro input compared to most of the rest of Venezuela, and are mostly harnizo/castizo/white, with very little to non-SSA

In most of the rest of the country the majority of the population are a mix of mestizos and triracials in diverse Euro/Amerindian and Euro/Amerindian/SSA proportions respectively. The SSA input, as a general rule, tends to decrease as you go further away from the Caribbean coast.

Many large cities (particularly in the northern Central region of the country) have more extremes of both heavily Euro and heavily SSA mixed people, but also have many mestizo or triracial people (in diverse Euro/Amerindian/SSA proportions) in between those two extremes.

This is an old post but Kentucky is Southern not Midwest, it is culturally, demographically and institutionally within the South and not Midwest. The largest ancestry group in Kentucky outside of "American" is English, usually "American" means some kind of British ancestry and in Kentucky's case would have come by way of Virginia which it used to be a part of similar to West Virginia, this along with its culture, institutions and history should put it in the Third Group that you have listed not the Second Group.

You should actually research these places before making these lists rather than spreading false information unwittingly, the list is relatively accurate outside of this, you just need to fix that mistake you made.

Herzegovina is darkest, while parts of central Bosnia might be lightest compared to northern parts that were more invaded throughout history due to it's plain topology.

Usually in most cases northern parts of most countries are lightest and southern-most are darkest.
