Yes, as I said the terms "Welsh" and "Vlach" come from the Germanic word "Wealisc" that means "foreigner".

If that is true, maybe they just took with years some elements of Serbs costumes, and Serbs from them.
Today is hard to differentiate Vlach from Serb, even some of those Vlachs who still have memory about their
    special orgins.

What you think about those Bosniaks photo I posted, for some reason I think their costumes are Vlachs costumes.

Dont be silly. Those are central and west serbian costumes. That other picture you posted is not Bosnian Serb costumes but southeast Serbian and similar to Bulgarian. They are probably in a folklore festival lol.

Bosnian serb costumes dont differentiate from Croats or Bosniaks especially in Hercegovina. Bosniaks wear turkish fes.

Problem is that those young people in costumes are Bosniaks, not Bosnian Serbs.
But Bosniaks with as we both see, unusual costumes for Bosniaks.

Serbs to much mixed with Vlachs that is impossible to say who have Vlachs orgins, but Bosniaks mixed with them much less, so a lot of people know in which villages lives people with Vlachs orgins.

This is not accidentally, village from they come are aware of their Vlachs orgins.
I said it, Serbs assimilated to many of Vlachs, I would say that huge number of Serbs have Vlachs blood just us Serbs blood, but with Bosniaks is different, there are just couple of smaller communities of people of Vlachs orgins, and a lot of people know about their orgins.
