How Vlachs people look to you?

They are simply Romanian living in Timok valley. They look like other Romanians (including a good number of individuals that look Slavic)...

Vlachs have a variety of Mediterranean looks. I want all my fellow Vlachs to have a great New Year. Eat your mamaliga, cabbage rolls, and drink some Tuica and you'll be strong like bull for 2019. Best of luck!

Aromanian is only the proper term for Greek Vlachs (for instance those Romance speakers which inhabit the Pindus area)..

There are other sub-groups of Vlachs and they have their own names..

I said it, Serbs assimilated to many of Vlachs, I would say that huge number of Serbs have Vlachs blood just us Serbs blood, but with Bosniaks is different, there are just couple of smaller communities of people of Vlachs orgins, and a lot of people know about their orgins.

In fact, it is most very likely that all Balkan populations have significant descent from Vlachs..

In terms of the more recent past, the greatest proportion of Vlachs would have probably been found in Albania/Greece..

Again, in terms of the more recent past, the Aromanian subgroup has been the most populous and influential (culturally and commercially) and the beating heart of the Aromanian world was Moscopole, centred in what is today South-Eastern Albania.

They are not simply Romanians living in the Timok Valley..

The great majority of Vlachs in the Timok Valley would take offence to being called, 'simply Romanians'.. not because they perceive Romanians negatively (on the contrary, Serbs tend to hold their immediate neighbours to the east in warm regards) but because they understand themselves (for centuries) simply as Serbians who are also Vlachs.. or even more simply as Serbs who, aside from Serbian, also speak Vlach.
