1st photo: DR has 11% in total vs 25% average in Latin America (and going down each year), these mostly in the northern capital, but is very small in comparisons to other countries, so you fail you can't convince me as I'm from there and I know how it is, it's not as bad as some people desperately put it out to be.

Isreal in the other hand is hated by all, although you have better infrastructure w're not hated like you are, on top of that you're surrounded by countries who want to wipe you off .. Also Israel isn't that good in economic growth compare to other countries..

So what I would prefer,

A) A lesser rich country but with a good and stable growth, with beautiful beaches other landscapes, friendly people and loved .

b) a richer country, but people hates it and there's lack of security
