    I like Cornelia very much!

Juraj sounds nice. Shame for what has happened, I don't understand the priest's reasoning.

Also, just as random fact, they way in which saint George is represented (on a horse slaying the dragon), is tied to the Paleo-Balkanic culture and history, to the Thracian horseman motif
Thank you! And I didn't know of this at all!

Here is statue in Zagreb I love:

Mine is an old English name of a geographic feature. Neither of my brothers or sister, nor my son and granddaughters have a biblical name. All are of European origin.
Nine out of ten concerns are completely unfounded.

they're very common in Romania, especially in girls:

    - younger ones: Anastasia, Anisia, Daria, Raisa, Ania, Ana, Anna, Maria, Valentina, Alina, Iulia, Olga, Victoria, Diana, Sofia, Vera etc
    - older ones: Varvara, Odarca, Elena, Fedora, Eudochia, Tecla, Natalia, Nastasia, Ecaterina, Tatiana, Elizaveta/Elisabeta etc

you Russkies share a lot of stuff with Romanians, even though you'd prefer not to

it comes from multiple areas: culturally Eastern European, Ottoman-origin cuisine with similar further development due to similar crops and similar weather, overall, culturally post-communist, culturally Orthodox Christianity.

although as a group you are distinct, there is considerable individual overlap in looks as well.

culturally there is overlap between ex-Soviet space and the Balkans, as both are subsets of Oriental Europe, but with Romania and northeast Romania in special (and Moldova broadly) the overlap is even more consistent

I thought your name meant свет - light, зар(жар) - heat, like the heat you get from the sunlight. Свет also means the world, we say the entire world - целый свет.
