Why do Jews dislike Russia?

Egypt is allied with the USA, ever since the 1970s at least. During the 1970s Egypt stopped being an ally of the URSS and became part of the USA's sphere of influence. To do that they had to recognize Israel and stop making wars with the Jewish state.

Lybia changed sides a lot during the last decades. In the 1980s it could be said that they were allied with the URSS. In the 1990s they were isolated. In the 2000s, after 9/11, Lybia allied with the UK and the US (there're several pics of Ghadafi with Tony Blair), then Ghadafi was backstabbed by the western powers as these sided with the rebels and ousted him.

They backstabbed him because they wanted to establish the central bank in Libya and he was against it.
