Neither. I don't think they look anything like Lebanese, Syrians, etc. but they also don't really look Moroccan either. I guess more North African because of the SSA.

have not such thing as "midle eastern features", people from the "middle east" look very different to each others.

I'm not seeing that Egyptians are very similar to any Middle Easterners except maybe Yemenis. I just don't see it. I'd know them from even Iraqis and Saudis.
