Why is Turkic culture so influential on the world of people they conquered

Turkic was able to turkified many Indo-European from Central Asia, West Siberia, Caucasus, Middle east and made them identify as Turks, speak Turkic and think like Turks. Turkish and Azeris...... even though their different to Turks from central Asia completely idetinfy with Turks and complete forgot who they are.

How come the Arabs and Spanish couldn't do this?

Turkic left strong Turkic identidy, genetics, linguistic on the people they conquered.

Anyway back to topic question, why was Turk so successful in Turkification? there is no way that all though ethnic group were originally Turkic, that is more ethnic Turk group than any other ethnic group in the world.

Sure but how did they managed to made all those ethnic group identify as Turks?

The Turks left heavy genetic admixture and language just like the Arabs and Spaniards but even they weren't nowhere as successful as Turks.

They did. Hence why the majority of the New World speaks Spanish, and why everything from Iraq to Morocco speaks Arabic and identifies as Arabs even though their actual descent from genetic Arabs is minimal.
