Are Brits/Germans closer to Russians/Poles or Spanards/Italians?

To get started you can not put Brits and Germans as if they were a single people. That being said, the truth is that Germans are closer to Slavs and Brits to Iberians.

No.

Brits and Germans, Spaniards and Italians and Russians and Poles. In that order. Northern Germans and English people overlap quite alot.

I've seen hundreds of Keltic-Nordic people and East-Nordic people are quite look similar.
And other parts of East-Nordic poeple look Hallstatts. (also there are Keltics look Hallstatts.)
In the haplogruope maps, the R is started from Moscow region, and R2 went Northern India and R1a and R1b went Europe,
R1a is, I guess East-Nordic and R1b is Keltic-Nordic.

Not really. Both R1a and R1b nations are dominantly non-Nordid.
