I didn't create them. Other users created them and I had the final say on what looked good or not. Sometimes people squeeze too much into such a small space and it ends up looking shitty. The simpler the better. But, this is no longer my task so I will refrain from giving advice.

The picture of the lion with orange writing of a similar hue saying "Dutch" on a transparent background. That would work well.

Yes we can add a Dutch permission group, if someone creates it.

The same goes for English.

They should be no larger than 128 x 22 px, and ideally have a transparent background. No (more) permission groups for regional subdivisions, historical, cultural or political affiliations though. We have too many permission groups already and the list could be endless, so we will only be adding nations that aren't already represented.

Why not? Sometimes the line between "regional subdivision" and "ethnic group" is quite blurred.

Also some groups could be removed (because they are doublets or silly groups like "wog girl").

If you remove some groups which are unnecessary you can replace them with more useful ones.
