There are actually about 2-300 of us in and out of here on various visas. ( Mostly related to shipping) Plus untold hundreds on British, American, Australian, and South African passports.


I'm not talking bad about Koreans- im telling my experience... They aren't trying to be white in the way you describe.. They are adopting white culture including looks... But if someone actually got plastic surgery to really look like a white person, they'd be considered a freak. But remember who invented plastic surgery and brought it to Korea...

None of this applies to Korean Americans and so on who appear to have a much healthier image of themselves...but many Koreans I know here are really upset at the superficiality of the mainstream culture. Yet Koreans didnt invent superficial pop culture, did they?

I don't think Koreans are adopting white culture though. I get the feeling they want to be like the 2nd Japan of Asia, I would have so seriously mistaken S.Korea for everything Japan if it weren't for the letters. Although Koreans heavily influences Japanese culture in the past now is vice versa.
