Anyways on topic. Russia as a whole is now a second world country, but still has quite a few third world places.

Russia is a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma. Country with multitude of billionaires and at the same time extreme poverty. Modern Russia has reached the late 1800's again. Extremely wealthy 5% upper class dances in their million€ penthouses and live champagne-bubbling extravaganza, while some 20 million Russians live below the poverty-line. That's recipe for destruction. If Russia is not able to create stable, wealthy middle class, things will go south very soon. Current Russian definition of middle class is pretty much joke, only 8.2% of Russians earn more than 1400$/month.

Also Russia Prussia you keep bringing up skyscrapers. Skyscrapers don't actually mean too much. For one considering China has many skyscrapers, yet it's still a third world country. 2) New York outside of Manhattan (even within Manhattan) doesn't have very good buildings, yet they live better than 80% of the people in the world.
