As much as I hate it, I don't think we should try to get rid of religion. 1) Because the percentage of believers is lowering by the day, as more people have access to different kinds of information. 2) We do not sink to the level of the theists. Theists have persecuted, oppressed, burned alive, etc etc atheists and if we ban ideas than we show we aren't much better than them. 3) Banning ideas of any kind just isn't right. You don't like rights taken away from you, so you should not take rights from anyone else.
