Germans aren't the Mediterranean by any means but I find they are not as light as Scandinavians on average. I'd say medium-light brown hair with blue or brown eyes is the most common. The average German in my experience does not look like Dolph Lundgren, I'd say a bit darker than his phenotype.

There is no country with exclusivly one phenotype

Ofc the average German is not Mediterranean but Mediterranean exists allover Europe including Germany
