Preslava can fit everywhere, she has typical village face Velichko Cholakov is too large and looks somewhat strange, I don't think he is typical, Viktor Kalev is better example IMO.

based on my experience i think people in moesia/danuble plain is taller than people in thracian plain , at least in pleven region , anyway good guide twitch

Thracians are the most numerious subgroup in Bulgaria so its logical for them to have the most typical look.

Preslava and Slavi Trifonov are pred. Alpine so they are definitely not the most typical faces imo (especially Slavi Trifonov).

i think slavi is mostly pontid , he is tall and meso-dolico looking at some his profile images , also nothing atypical in him

anyway i hope some people don't get wrong what this thread mean , like twitch mentioned regional difference in bulgaria aren't drastical and there are more similarites than difference , more or less the faces wich are typical in a region are typical also in the other regions , just every region have some of those "unique look" wich tend to be a bit more common in one region than in the others

Besides the thread being extremely offensive to the majority of Macedonians, I will like to make some points.

First point is that most Macedonians have only got ancestry from Macedonia alone, with only a very small to unexistent portion with ancestry from Thrace or Moesia etc. (and of course this excludes the Macedonians who migrated to Bulgaria over the past century or so). I myself have no known ancestry out side of South West Macedonia.

One more thing. If we overlap with Dalmation Croats, we surely overlap with Southern and Central Serbs. We also have a lot of people with Serb ancestors, especially in the Northern Half of Macedonia.

Over all; Good representation of all the phenotypes.
