Who are the most liberal? Who are most conservative? I think for all intents and purposes I am socially liberal (i.e. I am all about freedom of choice for everyone) but fiscally very conservative.

Define both words first. They mean a lot (specially the first one) of different things, sometimes contradictory depending on the context, subject or historical period.
